How does billing work?
Maintenance plans are pay-per-visit. You're charged at your member rate only when a detail is completed — there's no monthly subscription or auto-billing between visits.
What if I need to skip a visit?
No problem. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll push your next visit to the following cycle. You can skip or cancel anytime without a penalty.
Are the member prices fixed?
No. Like all of our pricing, member rates start from a standard-size coupe or sedan in average condition. Larger vehicles or heavier-soiled vehicles may cost more, but your 20% member discount always applies.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly at any time — just let us know before your next scheduled visit.
